Well-being check-in
The check-in is the daily well-being snapshot filled in by players each morning. This data feeds the risk signals you read before each session.
Attendance — player × day grid
Section titled “Attendance — player × day grid”The Attendance page (sidebar → Attendance) shows who has responded each day of the week.

The grid highlights absences and missing data at a glance. It covers the week displayed in the calendar.
Signals — well-being indicators
Section titled “Signals — well-being indicators”The Signals page (sidebar → Signals) aggregates the indicators reported by players: fatigue, sleep, pain, motivation and alertness level.

Colours = meaning
Section titled “Colours = meaning”STRIVN follows a consistent rule:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🔴 Red | Risk (degraded value) |
| 🟢 Green | Good state |
| ⚪ Grey / dash | Missing or neutral data |
| 🔵 Blue | Interactive accent only — never a status signal |
Tracked indicators
Section titled “Tracked indicators”Depending on team configuration, indicators include:
- Sleep quality
- Fatigue level
- Pain and soreness
- Motivation and mindset
Check-in block in the calendar
Section titled “Check-in block in the calendar”The calendar week view shows a Check-in responses block at the bottom of the page: a player × day summary of signals for the current week. Click Detailed signals → for the full view.
Before the session
Section titled “Before the session”Review signals before each training session:
- Identify players in red in Signals.
