Opponent presentation
A presentation can be about an opponent: the pre-match talk to the squad, or the staff’s analysis. It reuses the content of the scouting file — notes, boards, clips, photos, squad, match sheets, AI analysis — and re-reads it every time it is displayed: a note corrected in the file is corrected in the presentation.
Choose the opponent
Section titled “Choose the opponent”When creating (Analysis › Presentations › New presentation), the Opponent field sets the team presented. If you choose a match that has an opponent, it fills it in: “A match with an opponent sets it automatically.”
You can change the opponent later in the editor’s Context panel. The cover then shows the Opponent kicker.
The two example templates
Section titled “The two example templates”| Template | For | Starting content |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-match (squad) | The players | The opponent presented to the squad: their danger men, how they play, our plan. |
| Opponent analysis (staff) | The staff | AI analysis, squad, head-to-head, match sheet, notes and clips. |
Both expect an opponent (“This template expects an opponent (or a match against an opponent).”). Like any example template, adjust it, then save it as a team template.
Insert the opponent’s content
Section titled “Insert the opponent’s content”In the editor, the toolbar’s Opponent button opens Opponent content: everything in the file, grouped by kind, with a search. Click an item to add it to the page.
| Block | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Scouting note | A note from the file, rich text included. |
| Opponent board | A tactical board from the file. |
| Scouting clip | An uploaded clip or a video link. In the PDF: its thumbnail and a QR code to the clip. |
| Scouting photo | A photo from the file. |
| Opponent squad | Whole squad, Danger men, or a single player’s card. |
| Match sheet | An imported, confirmed sheet (or The most recent sheet). |
| Opponent analysis | The accepted AI analysis: strengths, weaknesses, likely formation, suggested plan. |
| Head-to-head | Your matches already played against this opponent and the W · D · L record. |
| Latest results | Their latest results and standing, from the federation. |
Items marked Better suited to the staff (analysis, notes, match sheet) can still be inserted in the squad template; that template simply places them at the end.
Always up to date, or “unavailable”
Section titled “Always up to date, or “unavailable””Blocks copy nothing: they re-read their source. If that source is deleted, belongs to another opponent, or the reader has no scouting access, the block shows Opponent content unavailable. The analysis only appears once accepted on the opponent’s page.
Rights and sharing
Section titled “Rights and sharing”- Inserting opponent content requires a role with scouting access.
- The PDF follows the rights of whoever exports it; the public link, those of the person who created it.
- A public link keeps the opponent players’ names but removes the staff’s notes on those players.
- For a youth team, the public link publishes no scouting photos or clips.
Presentation or scouting report?
Section titled “Presentation or scouting report?”| Scouting report | Opponent presentation | |
|---|---|---|
| Form | A written document | A deck of pages and blocks |
| Content | Frozen when sent | Re-read at every display |
| Distribution | Sent to the called-up players | Shown full screen, or shared as PDF / link |
