Parent portal
The parent portal lets a parent/guardian follow their child on a youth team from the app: schedule, call-ups and answers — no separate account for the child needed.
Creating your parent access
Section titled “Creating your parent access”Parent access is created after giving consent via the WhatsApp link received from the coach (see Youth teams & parental consent).
- On the Thank you! page shown after consent is submitted, click Create my parent access.
- Choose a password and confirm it.
- You will then sign in with your phone number (the one the coach registered) and this password.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Go to the app’s login page (the same one players use) and sign in with your phone number and password.
- One confirmed child: you land directly on their schedule.
- Several confirmed children (siblings at the club): the My children page asks you to pick which child to act for.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”Once signed in for a child:
- view their schedule (upcoming trainings, matches, call-ups);
- answer call-ups on their behalf (present, absent, uncertain) — on a teens team, both your answer and your child’s are accepted, whichever comes first wins;
- follow information shared by the club per the purposes you’ve consented to (wellness, GPS/load, photo).
Withdrawing or changing consent
Section titled “Withdrawing or changing consent”To withdraw a consent you already gave, or change its detail (for example allow the photo but not GPS), ask the coach for a new consent link — the previous link can’t be edited once used.
