Manage the roster
The Roster page lists all your team’s players with their status (Active, Injured, Inactive). The player sheet is also where you manage a player’s lifecycle: archive them when they leave the squad, reactivate them if they come back, or permanently remove them from the team.
For adding players and inviting them to the app, see Getting started.
Player statuses
Section titled “Player statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Available player, part of the active squad. |
| Injured | An open injury is declared in medical tracking. The status automatically returns to “Active” once all injuries are healed. |
| Inactive | Player archived manually (departure, loan, long break). This status is never changed automatically. |
The tabs at the top of the Roster page (All, Active, Injured, Inactive) filter the list by status.
Archive a player
Section titled “Archive a player”An archived player leaves the active squad but all their history is preserved: check-ins, injuries, load, tests, fines. This is the option to prefer when a player leaves the squad and you want to keep their data.
- Open the player sheet from the Roster page.
- Click Archive next to the Edit button, then confirm.
Once archived:
- the player moves to the Inactive tab of the roster, with an Archived badge on their sheet;
- they no longer appear in call-ups, fines or the availability board;
- all their data remains viewable on their sheet.
Reactivate a player
Section titled “Reactivate a player”- On the Roster page, open the Inactive tab and click the player.
- On their sheet, click Reactivate.
The player returns to the active squad. If they still have an open injury in medical tracking, they come back directly with the Injured status.
Permanently remove a player
Section titled “Permanently remove a player”Remove from team deletes the player and permanently erases all their personal data: check-ins, injuries, load history, messages. This is the GDPR erasure, for example when a player requests the deletion of their data.
- Open the player sheet (or the Edit player page).
- Click Remove from team, then confirm.
