Care slots

Care slots let you book a visit with the physio during a care event. When an event is open, the physio is available at specific times — just pick a free slot.

How to book a slot

1. Open the care event from your schedule.
2. On the grid, look for slots marked Free.
3. Tap a free slot. The message “Tap a free slot, pick a reason, then confirm.” appears.
4. Choose a Reason for the visit from:
   • Tape / strapping
   • Massage
   • Muscle check
   • Pain / discomfort
   • Question
   • Other
5. If needed, add a Note for the physio in the “Add a detail if needed (optional)…” field.
6. Tap Confirm booking.

Your slot switches to My slot and shows as taken for other players.

Tip

On the morning of the event, take a moment to book as soon as you get the notification — slots fill up fast.

Move your booking

You can switch slots until the event starts:

1. Tap another Free slot.
2. Tap Confirm move.

Your old slot becomes free again.

Cancel your booking

To cancel:

1. Tap your slot (My slot).
2. Tap Cancel my booking.
3. Confirm when “Cancel this booking?” appears.

Good to know

• One slot per player per event — you can’t book multiple visits in the same event.
• You can change or cancel freely until the event starts.
• If the grid shows Full — every slot is taken., no slots are available.
• If the grid shows Bookings closed, the booking period is over.
• Tap Refresh to update the list of available slots.

Privacy

Other players see your name on the slot you booked, but never your reason or your note. Only the physio and your staff have access to that information.
