Do players need to create an account?
Section titled “Do players need to create an account?”No. Players receive an invitation link (email, SMS or WhatsApp) and access the app without creating a password. See Install the player app.
In which languages is STRIVN available?
Section titled “In which languages is STRIVN available?”The interface is available in French, English and Dutch. Messages sent to players (call-ups, reminders) follow the team language. Titles and notes you enter remain in their original language.
A player has changed their phone — what should I do?
Section titled “A player has changed their phone — what should I do?”Resend their invitation link from their profile in Roster → [player] → Resend link. Their check-in and session review history is preserved.
A player is not receiving notifications. How do I fix that?
Section titled “A player is not receiving notifications. How do I fix that?”- Check that notifications are enabled for STRIVN Player on their phone (Settings → STRIVN Player → Notifications).
- Check their network connection.
- If the problem persists, resend the link from Roster or follow up manually from the event panel.
Who can see check-in responses?
Section titled “Who can see check-in responses?”The team staff (head coach and assistants), to adapt training. A player only sees their own data — not that of other players.
Can a player change their call-up response after submitting it?
Section titled “Can a player change their call-up response after submitting it?”Yes, up to the start of the event (or before the deadline set by the staff). The player reopens the call-up link and selects the new status. The coach sees the update immediately.
How do risk signals work?
Section titled “How do risk signals work?”They aggregate well-being check-ins (fatigue, sleep, stress) and the load from session reviews (RPE × duration). 🔴 Red = risk (degraded value), 🟢 Green = good state. Blue is always an interactive accent, never a status signal.
How is the Readiness score calculated?
Section titled “How is the Readiness score calculated?”Readiness (0–100) is calculated from the player’s recent check-ins and their recent load. A score of 100 indicates a player in top form based on their declarations.
What is the difference between present and limited?
Section titled “What is the difference between present and limited?”present = full participation. limited = present but with a restriction (minor injury, reduced load). Use limited to indicate that the player will participate, but in a reduced capacity.
Can I copy the calendar week to the next week?
Section titled “Can I copy the calendar week to the next week?”Yes. From the calendar, click Copy → to duplicate all events from the current week to the following week.
