Your staff can share documents with you: a program, the team’s rules, an administrative PDF. You’ll find them in the Documents tab of your app, and you read them right inside STRIVN.

When a document is shared with you, you usually get a push notification and an email (unless staff chose to share it without a notification). The document then stays available in the Documents tab.

Open a document

1. Open the Documents tab.
2. The list shows the documents meant for you, newest first. A New badge marks the ones you haven’t opened yet.
3. Tap a document to open it.
   • A PDF opens full-screen in the app: tap View PDF. Use Close to go back.
   • An image shows directly (Open image to enlarge it).
   • A Word, Excel document (or a HEIC image) is fetched with Download — it opens in your phone’s matching app.

Filter the list by category with the chips at the top (All, Program, Rules, Administrative, Other).

Note

Your staff sees when you open a document for the first time. Nothing else is tracked: not the time spent, not how many times you reopen it.
