Reports

The Reports menu gathers the team’s analysis reports: the Selection / form report (the squad ranked over a period), the Load & availability report (training load and availability over 4 weeks), the Report builder (custom reports), the weekly Team report and Player report, and your Saved reports. The data comes from what you already record — match sheet, live session and training load — no double entry.

The flagship report: who is in form, who to start — the squad ranked over the chosen period.

OptionWhat it covers
Last N gamesThe last N games played (set the Number of games, 5 by default)
Date rangeEvery game between the From / To dates
SeasonThe whole current season
  • Metrics: tick the stats to display — your sport’s match stats (goals, assists, cards…), plus Minutes played, Rating and Load ratio (ACWR).
  • Squad: the full squad is ticked by default. Untick to narrow to a shortlist (shortcuts All / None).

Click Apply to recompute.

Each cell shows the player’s value over the period, and below it the change vs the previous period of equal length:

  • green = up, red = down;
  • a * flags a low sample (few games in the previous period — treat the trend with caution);
  • the small line shows the recent trend;
  • means “not recorded”: the data was never entered. It is never a disguised zero.

Below the table, the Team summary lists collective stats not attributed to a single player (shots, possession… depending on your sport and what you record at the debrief).

The ready-made template for physical preparation: “Training load and squad availability over the last 4 weeks.” The permanent squad (active and injured) across five columns:

ColumnWhat it measures
Load ratio (ACWR)The acute / chronic load ratio from the Training load module
Weekly loadThe average load per week (Foster method)
Days unavailableThe days lost to injury within the window
Matches missedThe window’s matches that fell during an unavailability
Attendance rateThe attendance rate at the period’s events

Two reading rules specific to this template:

  • “The load ratio (ACWR) and the weekly load are computed on a rolling window anchored on today: they show no change vs the previous period.” This is not a bug — the load computation window cannot be replayed on the past.
  • “Days unavailable and matches missed: lower = better — a drop shows in green.”

Open in the builder picks up this exact configuration to adjust it; Save this report keeps it under your Saved reports.

The Report builder is the freeform page: “Compose your report: subjects, metrics, filters and comparison.” The criteria sit in a right-hand pane. The report takes the remaining width.

SettingOptions
SubjectTeam, Players or Opponent
Metricsevery visible metric, grouped by domain (Match performance, Game time, Load, Wellness, GPS, Availability)
Filtersthe period (Last N games, Date range, Season, All history), the Competition, Home / away and an Opponent (filter)
ShapeComparison, Evolution or Distribution
GranularityPer match, Per week or Per month — for an Evolution
ComparisonNone, vs previous period, Player vs player (with a Baseline), vs team average, Low / high load weeks

The Filter metrics… field searches the whole catalog. Each domain shows how many metrics are available, with Select all and Remove all.

A metric that does not apply to the chosen subject stays visible, with its reason. Example: “These metrics are measured per player: they do not apply to the “Team” subject.” The builder then offers to switch to the subject concerned. Nothing is hidden silently.

A metric name no longer carries its calculation. You choose the aggregation, metric by metric.

AggregationWhat it computes
Total over the periodThe sum over the whole period
Average over the periodThe average over the whole period
Latest known valueThe last recorded value
Minimum over the periodThe lowest recorded value
Maximum over the periodThe highest recorded value
Per 90 minutesThe value scaled to 90 minutes of play

All six aggregations are offered on every metric. The builder does not judge whether the calculation makes sense: you compose the report, so you decide. A Total of match ratings or an Average of response rates stays possible, even if the number reads poorly.

The Shape decides which question you ask.

ShapeWhat it shows
ComparisonThe subjects compared with each other over the period
EvolutionThe value over time: per match, per week or per month
DistributionEach subject’s share of the total

The Chart type follows the shape: Ranked bars, Grouped bars, Lines, Stacked area, 100% stacked bar or Donut. The Result view selector switches between Charts and Table.

Changing the aggregation, the shape or the chart type updates the display immediately, without reloading the page.

An Evolution needs a metric measured per period. Every family has one: match, game time, load, wellness, GPS and availability — including Attendance rate.

The granularity must be at least as wide as the measurement. A daily metric — fatigue, sleep, days unavailable — accepts Per week and Per month, but not Per match: a day does not split into matches. The builder says so rather than drawing a false curve.

GPS metrics are defined by your club.

  • Opponent subject: “Our stats in the matches against this opponent — never the opponent’s own data.”
  • From a saved report, Open in the builder enters editing mode: Save updates the report, Save as new creates a second one — the original is never silently overwritten.
  • The Selection / form and Load & availability reports offer the same Open in the builder link: the builder opens pre-filled with their exact configuration.

A configuration you use every week deserves to be kept:

  1. Set the period, metrics and squad, then Apply.
  2. Under Save this report, give it a Report name and click Save.
  3. The report appears under Saved reports on the Reports home page.

A saved report stores the configuration, not the numbers: Open re-runs it on current data — “Your configurations, re-run on current data”. Delete removes it (confirmation asked).

The squad’s wellness follow-up: check-in response rate, average fatigue, average motivation and load ratio (ACWR), each value with its change vs the previous period.

  • Pick the period: 7 days, 4 weeks or 12 weeks.
  • The table sorts highest fatigue first — the players to watch on top; click a column header to sort differently.
  • The Players at risk strip counts the players with at least one value in an alert zone over the period.
  • Like the other reports, it offers Open in the builder and Save this report.

One player’s week over the last 7 days: fatigue, sleep, ACWR and minutes played, each value with its change vs the previous week. The Player selector at the top switches between players, and the report also opens in the builder or saves.

No report-specific data entry:

  • Match stats come from the debrief’s match sheet — and if you use the live match, the events tapped during the game (goals, cards…) feed the stats automatically when the match is closed. A hand-entered value is never overwritten by the live capture.
  • Minutes and Rating come from the debrief’s player evaluations.
  • ACWR and load come from the Training load module.
