Physical tests & self-measurement
Physical tests let you record a measurement (weight, height, MAS…) for the whole squad. There are two modes: the staff enters the results, or players enter their own value — that’s self-measurement, ideal for collecting data quickly without typing everything in yourself.
Create a campaign
Section titled “Create a campaign”From Physical tests, click New campaign:
- Choose (or create) the measure to record — for example Weight in kg.
- Set the campaign date.
- Under Who enters the results?, select the entry mode:
- The staff enters the results — classic entry by the coach.
- Players enter their own — self-measurement campaign.
- For self-measurement, optionally set an Entry deadline.
- Click Create and invite players (when the staff enters the results: fill in the results, then Save the campaign).
Invite players (multi-channel)
Section titled “Invite players (multi-channel)”As soon as a self-measurement campaign is created, STRIVN sends an invitation to every active or injured player who has access to their player space (trialists are not invited), on every available channel:
| Channel | Condition |
|---|---|
| The player has an email address | |
| The player has a phone number and your plan includes WhatsApp to players | |
| Push notification | The player has enabled notifications, for example in the STRIVN Player app |
The email and the WhatsApp message contain a personal magic link that signs the player in and takes them straight to the entry form; the push notification opens the same form.
Share the team link
Section titled “Share the team link”The campaign page also offers a Link to share with the team, copied in one click. Paste it into your WhatsApp group or any other channel: any player on the team can open it to enter their value, after signing in to their player space if they aren’t already.
Track entries
Section titled “Track entries”The campaign page shows where entries stand each time you open it:
- An Entries received X / Y bar tracks progress.
- The results table lists each player, their value and the unit.
- The Pending section lists the players who haven’t answered yet.
There is no validation step: values appear as soon as players enter them. A player can edit their value as long as the deadline hasn’t passed. The deadline day is included; after that day, the campaign is closed and entries are no longer possible.
What next?
Section titled “What next?”On the player side, a banner flags any pending campaign until the value has been entered. See Log my measurements.
