View my programs

When your staff assigns you a training program, you find it in the Programs & plans section of your STRIVN Player app.

Open a program

1. Open the app and go to Programs.
2. Select the program you want to view (title, phase and period are shown).
3. If a document is attached, tap Open the document to read a PDF right in the app, or Download the document to save a Word file.

Your coach’s notes appear in the program’s Coach notes section.

Note

Your staff can see when you open a program for the first time. Open it as soon as you get it so they know you have received it.

I don’t see any program

A program only appears once it is assigned to you. If you are expecting a program and it doesn’t appear, ask your coach to assign it — see, on the staff side, Training programs.
