Log my measurements

Your staff can ask you to enter a measurement yourself — your weight, your height or another value. This is self-measurement: no need to wait for an appointment, you enter the value in a few seconds.

Enter my value

You receive an invitation by email, WhatsApp or notification in the app. You may also receive a shared link in the team group: it asks you to sign in if you aren’t already.

1. Open the invitation link (it signs you in automatically) or tap Enter in the app’s banner.
2. The form shows the requested measure and its unit.
3. Enter your value (up to two decimals, e.g. 72.5).
4. Tap Send my value.

A banner in the app reminds you of any pending measurement until you have entered it.

Edit my value

As long as the deadline hasn’t passed, you can reopen the form from the invitation link or the shared link, and tap Update my value. The deadline day is included; once that day is over, entries are closed.

Note

Only your staff sees your value, just like your check-in. Other players don’t see your measurements.
